TDECU Credit Cards: A New Way to Pay

SUMMARY: TDECU is changing the way you manage and pay your credit cards and statements. Everything is now at your fingertips, all in one place, streamlining your experience.

Access Point Retirement Blog Post

If you haven’t heard, TDECU has changed the way you can manage and pay your credit card. We listened to our Members’ feedback and started to centralize our credit card digital services into one location. By streamlining the experience, your credit card payments and statement management are available in one place. The new experience, which is available now through TDECU Digital Banking, offers access to view and manage your credit card statements online, make payments, and set up fraud alerts.

TDECU Digital Banking now gives you access to:

  • Easier navigation for managing credit cards
  • View and manage credit card statements online
  • Handy tools for viewing and managing credit card payments
  • Customizable credit card alerts which are located in the "Service Center" tab under "Manage Cards"

As part of this change, access to Access Point for payments ended on July 31, 2022. So, get acquainted with the new credit card management tools in TDECU Digital Banking. If you haven’t already, get enrolled in TDECU Digital Banking and opt-in to receive eDocuments prior to this date to get the most out of the new enhancement.

And don’t forget – you also have full access to card controls via TDECU Digital Banking. You can enable and disable your credit card, report it lost or stolen, set up fraud alerts, and set your travel notifications!
